Stadium Supporter
I took this photograph, of some structural supports at the Arthur Ashe Stadium in Flushing Meadows, NY, as my father (who was a structural steel/miscellaneous ironwork draftsman) had created the necessary blueprints for this construction. I shared this photo and many others with him, so he could visit these sites vicariously. He lived and worked in Columbia, SC, but did the majority of his work for Empire City Iron Works in New York.
